Shipping policy

Thanks for shopping with Aaliyah rose Romance! Below is everything you need to know about how your order will be delivered.
1) Digital Products (eBooks + Audiobooks)
All eBooks and audiobooks are delivered immediately after successful payment.
- Delivery method: Digital download via email delivery to the Customer Email Address Entered at Checkout. This will come from Bookfunnel. You will receive an email from help@bookfunnel.com with the link to download your book.
- Typical delivery time: Instant (within minutes).
- If you don’t see it: Please check your spam/junk folder. If you have any trouble with your download, or if you do not receive your download email, then contact help@bookfunnel.com or go to https://bookfunnel.com/help .
Note: Digital products do not ship physically and do not incur shipping fees.
2) Print Books (Paperbacks + Hardbacks)
All paperbacks and hardbacks are printed and fulfilled via Lulu (print-on-demand).
Processing time
- Orders are typically prepared for shipment within 10 business days.
Printing + delivery timeframe
- Please allow up to 15 business days for printing and delivery from the date you place your order (this includes production time and transit).
Shipping carrier and tracking
- Shipping is handled by Lulu’s delivery partners.
- Tracking may be available depending on destination and shipping service.
- If tracking is available, it will be sent to the Customer Email Address Entered at Checkout.
3) Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the items in your order.
- Domestic shipping regions: USA and AUS.
- International shipping regions: UK, Canada & Europe. For all international shipping regions and those not specified, please contact us for shipping rate confirmation: aaliyah@aaliyahroseromance.com
4) Order Changes and Address Accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout.
- If you need to change your address, contact us as soon as possible at aaliyah@aaliyahroseromance.com
- Once an order enters production or ships, we may not be able to update the address.
5) Customs, Duties, and Taxes (International Orders)
International orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, or taxes imposed by your country.
- These charges are not included in your purchase price or shipping fees.
- The customer is responsible for any customs/duties/taxes.
6) Delays
While we do our best to meet the timelines above, delays can happen due to:
- carrier slowdowns
- customs processing
- high-demand periods (holidays, sales events)
- printing/production queues
If your order seems delayed beyond the timeframes listed, please reach out to aaliyah@aaliyahroseromance.com with your order number.
7) Lost, Returned, or Damaged Items
If your print order arrives damaged, incorrect, or is lost in transit, contact us at aaliyah@aaliyahroseromance.com within 5 days of delivery (or expected delivery) with:
- your order number
- photos of the issue (if damaged)
- confirmation of your shipping address
We’ll work with you to arrange a replacement or solution in line with Lulu’s fulfillment policies and what’s reasonable for the situation.
